The above quote (click for source) seems to be a bit odd. They know people are getting last years pet, but they don't know if it's on purpose or not. I guess it's nice for the people that didn't get last years pet, but I am betting this is just a simple error and Deathy will not have a new home with this years ticket holders for much longer.
What do you guys think? Should Blizzard let people keep the pet if this is a mistake?
